  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
  • 1 large grapefruit (peeled and seeded)
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)


Take blender and add spinach, celery, green tea, and spinach into it.

Crush to make it smooth.

Now add all the ingredients together as listed in the ingredients section; including: mint leaves, grapefruit, pineapple chunks, avocado, ground cayenne pepper etc.

Stir again for 2 minutes on a medium height to get the fat crying fresh and natural smoothies.


Please don’t get afraid of bitter taste of peel and pith of the grapefruit; these are awesome factors in reducing your weight. Moreover, if you don’t like the extreme bitter taste, then ensure removing the peeling and inner membranes of the fruit before you use them in the recipe.
